Return window

You can return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email info@bikebat.se first so we can send return instructions and the required dangerous-goods labels.

Warranty

Every battery and charger comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and cell defects. Wear from normal use is not covered.

Defective on arrival

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we ship a replacement at our cost.
